This is a clip of me reading a short poem I wrote about my time in South Dakota. It is one of the first pieces I recorded with my new H2 Zoom recorder. Check it out below.
I'd be interested to hear an edited version of this piece, with the sentences rearranged to form a different and even spaced flow between the short and long sentences. The repetition of "South Dakota" is appealing if you are careful not to overdo it, but the structure is sound (HA! Pun! and completely unintentional). If you would, edit out the parts where you mess up a little, or redo those so that I can hear it all together. After that, I think I'll be able to give you better input. Still, good concept and can't wait to hear a revision!
